Hmm... his record, punctuated by injury, isn't exactly glittering (158 first-class wickets at 38.52 since 2009) but, at 25, he's still young enough to improve those figures, subject to maintaining fitness. On this basis, a three-year deal seems generous, but we shall see... pity, though, he's not a left-armer!
This signing is welcome and fits with recent policy. Singing a young-ish guy who has probably under achieved but shown enough promise to be worth signing. Stronger in one day stuff than the champ last year (which may not be exactly what we need...) and can't bat at all but could be a good seam bowling signing if we can get the best out of him as we have done with others. A good signing on the face of it - good luck to him.
